Wavelength is designed with privacy at its core. We believe your communication is yours, and our technology reflects that principle.
Message Processing
We learn patterns, not content
Your message text is analyzed ephemerally and never stored. We track that a suggestion was accepted, not what the message said.
When you compose a message, Wavelength analyzes it in real-time to provide communication suggestions. This analysis happens entirely in-memory and the actual content of your messages is never stored on our servers.
Personality Data
Personality data is opt-in
You control what dimensions of your profile teammates can see. DISC but not Enneagram? Your call.
Assessment results and personality profiles are stored securely and shared only with your explicit consent. You maintain complete control over what aspects of your profile are visible to teammates.
Security & Compliance
Privacy by design
Zero data sold to third parties. Your communication data is never used to train our models. Our business is subscriptions, not surveillance.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, regular security audits, and strict access controls.
