Getting Started

  1. Sign up at mywavelength.ai or accept your team's invitation
  2. Complete your DISC assessment (about 2 minutes)
  3. Install the Wavelength Chrome extension and sign in
  4. Invite your teammates so Wavelength can learn their communication styles
  5. Compose an email in Gmail — coaching appears automatically

Frequently Asked Questions

The extension isn't showing up in Gmail. What should I check?

  • Make sure you're signed in: click the Wavelength icon in your browser toolbar and check your account status
  • Refresh the Gmail tab after installing or updating the extension
  • Wavelength activates when you open a compose, reply, or forward window — it won't appear while you're just reading mail
  • Check that the extension is enabled at chrome://extensions

Why don't I see coaching for some recipients?

Wavelength coaches based on your recipient's communication profile. If a recipient isn't on your team or hasn't completed their assessment yet, there's no profile to coach against. Invite them from your dashboard to get started.

Does Wavelength read or store my email?

No. The extension only reads the draft you're actively composing — never your inbox. Drafts are analyzed in real time and never stored; we keep only coaching metadata like scores and timestamps. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Which platforms does Wavelength support?

Gmail (compose, reply, and forward) via the Chrome extension, with more platforms on the way. Your coaching history and team management live in the web dashboard.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email privacy@mywavelength.ai from your account address and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Email support@mywavelength.ai with what you expected, what happened, and a screenshot if you have one. Feature ideas are always welcome.
